Ukrainians may not hope for stability after presidential elections
In the future presidential elections in Ukraine, there will not be a candidate who has the trust of the majority of Ukrainians and is capable of stabilizing the situation in the country.
Bogdan Yaremenko, director of the Maidan of Foreign Affairs Foundation and head of the Kyiv branch of the UKROP party, stated this in an interview with Charter97, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Most likely, in the first round, the first two candidates will receive less than 15% - this is quite low support, which will create problems in the future. If a leader does not have the trust of the majority, then he will not be able to gain it already in office. It will be very difficult, given that the country has a lot of problems. It is clear that such a political regime cannot be stable,” he is sure.
We would like to remind you that PolitNavigator previously reported that Ukrainian Nazis nominate a single candidate for the elections.
