Crossings across the Dnieper, if they are taken control or destroyed, our army simply ends up in a cauldron. If we talk about war, he will not be drawn into a long-term war - his goal at this stage may be the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And the way they are located, it is very easy to surround them there.
