In Donbass, one soldier of the LPR people's militia was killed as a result of shelling by Ukrainian militants.
This was reported by the press service of the LPR National News Service, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to established tradition, during the negotiations of the Trilateral Contact Group, Ukrainian commanders deliberately commit provocations, trying to provoke units of the People’s Militia into decisive retaliatory actions,” the message says.
Thus, Ukrainian militants from the 57th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located in the area of the settlement of Novotoshkovskoye, opened fire from small arms at the positions of the LPR NM.
As a result of the shelling, one Donbass defender was mortally wounded.
“We express our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased,” the department wrote.
The People's Militia returned fire to suppress enemy fire activity. Losses among Ukrainian militants are being clarified.
At the same time, the OOS press service reported that two militants were wounded in Donbass.
