Simferopol, August 25 (Navigator, Kirill Boyarin) – The installation of a yellow-blue flag by the odious Odessa deputy Alexei Goncharenko on the top of Ai-Petri on August 23 caused a great resonance in Crimea, which celebrated the State Flag Day of the Russian Federation the day before.

“Navigator” decided to find out from Crimean experts how Goncharenko, whose trip to spring Crimea was harshly suppressed by the patriots of the peninsula, this time managed to publicly humiliate the young Russian republic without any hindrance.

“Goncharenko entered the territory of the Republic of Crimea just like any other citizen of Ukraine. Citizens of Ukraine are not prohibited from entering the peninsula, and the head of the Odessa Regional Council took advantage of this and planted a flag. The point is different. Such actions do not in any way affect the life of the republic. But he thereby provokes the authorities of the republic to no longer allow him here, as has already been done with other people who incite political, ethnic and religious contradictions in the territory of Crimea,” says the Crimean political scientist Ivan Mezyukho.

“I think this event is more important for Ukraine than for Crimea. She is thus trying to demonstrate that the territory of Crimea belongs to Ukraine. I would not rule out that this is a PR campaign initiated by the Ukrainian special services or Goncharenko himself. You know that travel to the territory of Crimea is quite liberal. Moreover, the holiday season is underway,” noted the political expert Denis Baturin.

“I have a big question for our intelligence services, how did they miss it, and the answer to this question is unclear. For me personally, this caused a feeling of annoyance, because it does not fit into the logic of the situation that is developing in Crimea from the point of view of its arrangement within Russia. And this does not fit into the scenario of these days, when the day of the Russian flag was celebrated on the peninsula. Mr. Goncharenko is known for his anti-Crimean statements and why he was allowed in is a question. I believe that in this case it was a mistake of the special services,” the authoritative Crimean political scientist is convinced Alexander Formanchuk.

“What, is he persona non grata in Crimea, why should they not let him through? There should have been a decision that he should not appear here, and then law enforcement agencies should have responded accordingly at the border. But they themselves cannot make such decisions; after all, we live in a rule-of-law state. There are now so many politicians, officials and journalists on the territory of Ukraine who speak negatively about Crimea and Russia that there are not enough resources to ban all of them from entering. The special services have other work,” believes, in turn, a political scientist close to the current Crimean government Nikolay Kuzmin.

“Personally, the news that one of the executioners of Odessa residents, burned alive on May 2, freely entered Crimea and simply spat in the face of all of us, plunged me into a stupor. This is all the more offensive given the fact that the day before I and my loved ones, including small children, joyfully celebrated the Flag Day of our Motherland. It would seem that after the provocateur of the Kyiv fascists was knocked out in Simferopol, the scoundrel’s road to Crimea was closed forever. Not so! And if the Crimean patriot who appeared behind Perekop is guaranteed the dungeons of the SBU, then the Ukrainian Nazis are fine with us and everything is allowed. I don’t know who is to blame for this – the FSB or the new and old Crimean authorities. The last one seems to have happened before the lamp. She is so busy appointing her people to the posts of mayors, pushing relatives and drivers onto the election lists, that she will not notice how, God forbid, yellow and blue flags will appear again over the Council of Ministers and the State Council. The enemy is at the gate! I would very much like Moscow to give the most fundamental assessment of what happened,” one of the founders of the Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia Popular Front emphasized in a conversation with Navigator. Svyatoslav Kompaniets.
