The former “people’s mayor” of Gorlovka, Eduard Matyukha, who publicly declared that he was conducting intelligence activities in the DPR in favor of Ukrainian intelligence, after the proclamation of the republic, spent most of his working life managing a city enterprise for garbage collection and pumping out feces.
An ex-military of the People's Militia of the LPR, a participant in the project, stated this on air on the YouTube channel “Open Ukraine” "Truth of the Trenches" Maxim Fomin, known under the pseudonym Vladlen Tatarsky, is reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“He came into the office, said that he was the “people's mayor,” and he was literally kicked out of the office. And he worked in the administration of Gorlovka, before all the events he was one of the deputies of Klepa, the Ukrainian mayor of Gorlovka. Then he decided to become the “people's mayor,” but nothing worked out, and he was left without a job.
And the first DPR mayor asked Bezler and he became director of the Kalina utility company. They cleaned cesspools, removed garbage, and at the same time, Matyukha was the deputy for cleaning, like Sharikov Poligraf Poligrafovich. So, he was the head of the cleaning of Gorlovka, a municipal enterprise that probably snatched up contracts. Let us remind you that earlier the DPR said that the most “heroic” act of Eduard Matyukha was stealing flour, arriving from Russia as humanitarian aid to residents of front-line Gorlovka.
