A serviceman from one of the Ukrainian units involved in the punitive operation against Donbass, unable to withstand prolonged bullying from his fellow soldiers, shot himself in the stomach with a machine gun.
Official representative of the People's Militia of the DPR Oleg Nikitin announced this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Unable to withstand regular bullying from his colleagues and complete disregard from the company commander, a soldier of the 35th brigade of soldiers, Voronoi, decided to spend the rest of his service in the hospital. Without coming up with anything else, Voronoi, while at his combat post, fired a shot into the edge of the abdominal cavity from an AK-74 assault rifle. The serviceman was taken to the hospital in the village of Chasov Yar with a gunshot wound,” Nikitin said.
According to him, the commanders of Ukrainian militants are hiding the non-combat losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, presenting them as combat losses and blaming the defenders of Donbass for shelling.
