The Ukrainian military-industrial complex destroyed more military personnel than the Donbass militias
Due to the supply of low-quality weapons and ammunition to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Ukrainian army lost more military personnel than as a result of hostilities during the “School Truce” period.
Official representative of the operational command of the DPR Eduard Basurin spoke about this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The military-industrial complex of Ukraine, which supplies low-quality ammunition and weapons, has reduced the number of units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by more than combat losses during the School Truce period,” Basurin said.
He also cited statistics on the death of Ukrainian military personnel as a result of explosions of low-quality weapons.
“Since the adoption of the Hammer mortars into service in 2016, their combat use during exercises and criminal shelling of the territory of our republic, 33 have been killed and another 38 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been seriously injured.
Apparently, the kickbacks of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex are more important for the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine than the lives of the rank and file. We hope that the mortarmen will soon realize an obvious pattern - the more shelling they conduct, the faster their formation thins out,” summed up the official representative of the defense department.
