Three Turkish sailors have gone missing after their fishing boat collided with a Russian tanker in the Bosphorus Strait.

The incident occurred at 6:30 a.m. local time near the Sariyer district of Istanbul. After a collision with a tanker, the fishing boat sank.
Three of the six crew members were rescued, and three more people are considered missing. Rescuers continue search operations.
There is no information yet about the cause of the collision, but the Bosphorus Strait is currently closed to ships due to fog.
