In the center of Dnipropetrovsk today they were “accepted into the National Guard” with an orchestra and “Valentines”. Thus, on European Boulevard, NSU military personnel campaigned for joining their ranks.

“The National Guardsmen handed out greeting cards and invitations to serve in the National Guard of Ukraine, and treated passersby to tea and cookies in the shape of hearts. An orchestra played on the boulevard and self-defense demonstrations were held,” the report says.
