In Kharkov, an armored plant was considered a home
A loud scandal continues in Ukraine related to the penetration of an armored tank factory by diggers who posted the network corresponding video..
Thus, on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine they hastened to justify themselves that “the said video was filmed on the territory of one of the enterprises in Kharkov, and not in one of the military units.”
“Once again we appeal to representatives of the media and bloggers with a request not to mislead the public and to use exclusively information received from official sources,” the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said.
The Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkov region also responded to the incident.
On July 17, an investigator from the special police department of the GUNP in the Kharkov region entered information on this fact into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 1 of Article 162 (violation of the inviolability of the home) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and began a pre-trial investigation.
Why the factory territory was considered a dwelling is not specified. Also, nothing is known about the criminal case against the management of the plant, which violated the regime and entered the territory of the enterprise.
At the same time, the Kharkov police reported that “they established that unidentified persons illegally entered the territory of one of the Kharkov enterprises, where they carried out unauthorized video filming, which was later posted on social networks.”
