In Kyiv, on a large ring road, an accident occurred involving the car of People’s Deputy Sergei Leshchenko.
This was reported by People's Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Nayem, who was at the scene of the accident.
“It’s true (about the accident - ed.) He (his people’s deputy’s car - ed.) was standing on the side of the road and was rammed by a truck. “Everything is fine with Sergei - according to preliminary data, he was not to blame for the accident, but his (Leshchenko - ed.) assistant was hospitalized,” Nayem said.
He added that patrol police and an investigative team are currently at the scene of the incident.
For their part, the National Police and the Patrol Police confirmed information about this accident.
According to eyewitnesses, the truck rammed the people's deputy's car when it stopped on the side of the road.
After the collision, the truck slid into a ditch and overturned. Paramedics are currently working at the scene of the accident.
“They are providing assistance to the truck driver,” eyewitnesses reported.
It also became known that the people’s deputy’s assistant was injured in the accident.
