In turn, expert at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine Elena Snigir expressed concern that Russia is using calls from Donetsk and Lugansk to send troops to legalize its military presence in the LDPR as peacekeepers.
“Or maybe not use it and make it an element to distract attention from what they are actually going to do. But to tell the truth, I really don’t like their activity in Crimea and the Sea of Azov.
