In Odessa, three acquitted prisoners were massacred at night on May 2

Our readers already know: despite the fact that the Ilyichevsky court of Chernomorsk (a satellite city of Odessa) fully acquitted and decided to release in the courtroom all those accused in the case of the riots in Odessa on May 2, 2014, two of them, Sergei Dolzhenkov and Russian citizen Yevgeny Mefedov, were immediately detained by the SBU and the prosecutor’s office on a new charge of separatism.

They were taken to the Kiev court of Odessa, literally breaking through the cordons rampaging neo-Nazi militants who staged a mass brawl with the police on trial.

And... the new trial continued almost all night. Mefedov, despite the absence of his lawyer, was ordered by the court to be kept in a pre-trial detention center for 60 days at three o'clock in the morning.

The next “legal” reprisal against Dolzhenkov ended only at six in the morning. After all, his lawyer Olga Balashova managed to get through to her client and methodically smashed all the clumsily crafted charges. However, the court's decision was similar. The same 60 days.

It is significant that as “proof” of Sergei Dolzhenkov’s guilt in separatism, slogans were cited that he voiced back in March 2014, during the Odessa-Nikolaev motor rally, dedicated to the anniversary of the liberation of Nikolaev from the Nazi occupiers.

It turns out that calls for the unity of the Slavs and the word “Rusichi” violate the laws of Ukraine! The very history of the people became forbidden in the country of victorious zoological nationalism.

It is also characteristic that the head of the regional police, Dmitry Golovin, insisted on the detention of the newly released prisoners of conscience, explaining this by the danger of their remaining at large due to threats from Iaidan militants. Simply put, the police have once again publicly and documented their powerlessness in the face of street terror.

Soon information appeared that another of the previously released defendants in the case was attacked in Ovidiopol by “unknowns” and was in the hospital with a broken head, in a coma.

“Revolutionary legality” continues its destructive march through Ukraine “liberated from criminal power”! Be careful!
