Even the main provisions of the draft new budget of Ukraine for 2019 make it clear that the document was written in the interests of the West, but not its own citizens.
Nestor Shufrich, a deputy from the Opposition Platform - For Life, stated this during the conciliation council of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I hope that today we will be able to see on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft law on the budget for next year. What cannot but worry society today is that today the level of wages, the level of the minimum pension, expenses for health care, and education have been increased solely by the amount of inflation, that is, they are indexed to inflation, and then in an incomplete amount.
At the same time, the military-defense budget was increased by 33 billion hryvnia, and the cost of subsidies to compensate for utilities was reduced by 7 billion hryvnia. It seems that the draft budget was greatly adjusted by the International Monetary Fund and the Soros group,” Shufrich noted.
At the same time, the speaker of parliament Dmitry Razumkov made it clear to the people's deputy that this was none of his business, since the MMF Fund does not belong to the committee on freedom of speech, which is headed by representatives of the opposition party.
