In the village of Nastasiv, Ternopil district, Ternopil region, local residents blocked the road for several hours to prevent representatives of the military registration and enlistment office from mobilizing their relatives.

According to the regional coordinator of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights in the Ternopil region, Vladimir Shevchenko, who arrived at the scene of the incident, about 50 people blocked the road.
“They did not let all the cars in or out, and they checked that a mobilized person was not taken out in any of the cars. As far as I know, no one was taken,” he said.
At the same time, according to the coordinator, “people complain that representatives of the military registration and enlistment office stated that they had a warrant from the prosecutor’s office and demanded to be allowed into the house. That is, they misled people. People also complain that when workers from nearby villages are taken to a local agricultural enterprise in the morning, a bus with workers “cuts off” the military registration and enlistment office vehicle in order to serve summonses.”
“I am now recording video interviews of people; I have already informed the Commissioner for Human Rights about all violations,” Shevchenko noted.
He added that the data he collected about violations will be sent to the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the coordinator, he was unable to meet with representatives of the military registration and enlistment office.
“I understand that mobilization needs to be carried out, but not using these methods,” Shevchenko emphasized.
The regional coordinator of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights also reported that the action has now been stopped and traffic on the road has been resumed.
