The Verkhovna Rada does not want to see Poroshenko as president
The likelihood that the current President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will not run for a second term is very low.
Ex-battalion commander of the Aidar battalion, Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Melnichuk stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For example, I would like the president to say that he will not run for president,” Melnichuk shared.
But at the same time he does not believe in such a development of events.
“Maybe this will happen, although the probability is really very small,” the people’s deputy believes.
Let us recall that earlier PolitNavigator quoted sociologist Evgeniy Kopatko, who said that the president Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko has no chance of winning the upcoming elections, and therefore he will rely on destabilizing the situation in the country.
