Even such large cities of Ukraine as Zaporozhye are forced to make do extremely limited amount of electricity – schools operate periodically, and residential buildings do not have electricity for many hours.
This was stated on the air of the Nash TV channel by a resident of Zaporozhye who called the studio and introduced herself as Natalya, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m speaking quickly because the phone is going dead - the lights have been turned off without anyone saying anything. They haven't been here since ten o'clock, I've been calling - they don't say anything.
The child goes to school - there will be no extended day group, there will be no canteen, because “there’s something wrong with the light.” Children should be picked up at 12:50. I’ll pick it up now, but we, a nine-story building, have electric stoves. What will I feed her? A piece of bread. There’s no microwave, our stove doesn’t work,” she said.
The dispatch service explains that the power outage is due to repairs, but Natalya is sure that this is a lie.
“I look out the window, there we have a brick booth. When we have accidents, cars come there. But there is no one,” she concluded.
Let us remind you that earlier in Kyiv stated, that in many regions of Ukraine, including Kiev, “planned power outages” have begun. In this regard, the Ukrainian leadership started a dangerous game with nuclear power generation.
