The Ukrainian army is conducting large-scale offensive exercises in Donbass.
This was reported on the official website of the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs with reference to a Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman who called the hotline, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The hotline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR received information about the conduct of complex exercises of units of the operational-tactical group “North”. The serviceman who called the hotline emphasized that joint actions of various types of troops during an offensive operation were being practiced,” the report says.
According to the source, units of the 25th separate airborne brigade, the 2nd artillery battalion of the 44th separate artillery brigade, the 10th rocket artillery battery, the 4th rocket artillery battalion, the 27th rocket artillery brigade, a combined group of the 703rd separate operational support regiment, 3 mobile VHF radio interception posts of the 54th separate reconnaissance battalion, as well as representatives of the National Guard and the operational combat border commandant's office "Starobelsk" of the Lugansk border detachment of the State Border Guard Service.
