“Tonight, the Ukrainian side, in violation of all agreements and obligations assumed, seized the facilities of the Donetsk filtration station in order to conduct provocative fire on our positions from its territory. From this area the enemy used mortars and heavy machine guns. At the same time, fire was fired from the station premises not only at our positions, but also at residential areas of the village. Yasinovataya and Spartak. Knowing that our units adhere to the Minsk agreements and do not open fire on life support facilities, the enemy felt complete impunity,” the report says.
“The seizure of the DFS was carried out by militants from the radical nationalist units of Ukraine, who, after yesterday’s statement by the ex-commander of the Azov regiment A. Biletsky, completely escaped the control of the weak Ukrainian president, and are unleashing a new round of hostilities in the Donbass,” the DPR claims.
