Former ATO officer Yuri Aseev stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Everyone knows each other’s position perfectly well, so conducting accurate targeted fire does not pose any problems in the seventh year of conflicts, so if the fire is fired somewhere to the side or intentionally towards the civilian sector, then this is intentional fire,” Aseev admitted.
