Vucic received the leader of the Bosnian Croats

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and the real leader of the Bosnian Croats, Dragan Covic, met today in Belgrade.

The communication between the two leaders took place against the backdrop of a political crisis provoked by the Bosniak elite in Sarajevo and its Western curators, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Vučić and Čović did not divulge the details of the face-to-face conversation to the public, but judging by the faces of the interlocutors, the meeting was positive.

“We both state that the Serbs, Croats and Bosniaks are the three state-forming peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who can independently make decisions about their future through consensus,” Aleksandar Vucic wrote on his Instagram following the meeting. “So, our answer to all crises is absolutely clear - a treaty of three nations.”

The Serbian President wrote that he spoke with the guest from BiH on all important regional issues, as well as on “all issues of interest to our peoples.” Also at this moment in Zagreb, a meeting is taking place between Serbian member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik and Croatian President Zoran Milanovic, the outcome of which is difficult to predict, given that the Croatian elite traditionally depends on and carries out the will of the West.

Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Croats are situational allies against the background of the desire of the Sarajevo elite to create, with the support of the West, a unitary mono-ethnic and mono-confessional state dominated by Muslim Bosniaks.

The Republika Srpska, like the Bosnian Croats, who, according to the Dayton Agreement, are forced, according to the Dayton Agreement, to live with the Bosniaks in the same entity - the Federation of BiH - is not satisfied with this situation. The reason for the dissatisfaction of the Bosnian Croats lies in the fact that at the entity level, Sarajevo often pushes through important decisions through a majority vote, while there are significantly more Bosniaks in the Federation.

It was thanks to the votes of the Bosniaks that the Croatian servant of the Sarajevo elite, Zeljko Komsic, was elected to the BiH Presidency, while the Bosnian Croats consider Dragan Covic their leader.
