Journalists from the Rossiya-1 TV channel tried to get a comment from the newly elected President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, but he refused to answer questions and fled, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“You start by cheating, that's a bad start to a relationship. I don’t start a conversation with a lie,” Zelensky, surrounded by security, responded to journalists who tried to ask about the conflict in Donbass, the language law and the amnesty.
The elected president of Ukraine accused the correspondents of allegedly approaching him only to take pictures.
“This is a bad start to a relationship. Thank you very much,” Zelensky said, after which he fled in an electric car from Russian television workers.
