If today the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine reached out to ex-President Petro Poroshenko, then tomorrow they can come for everyone.
The odious deputy from European Solidarity, Alexei Goncharenko, stated this at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A few days ago we celebrated Constitution Day. Why do we celebrate this at the level of Independence Day? Because the Constitution is the protection of every citizen of Ukraine from lawlessness, because the Constitution is the protection of our state, its integrity, borders and sovereignty, the rule of law.
And what do we see? We see how the Constitution of Ukraine is being trampled under our eyes these days, and by whom? Those who must protect it,” said Goncharenko.
“The Prosecutor General of Ukraine, although I then told her to her face that she was becoming the Prosecutor General of Servant of the People, because she did not have a blindfold on her eyes, like Themis, but a party card in her pocket, Venediktova says: “I suggest the fifth president of Ukraine to prove trial of your innocence."
Dear friends, Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine: “No one is obliged to prove his innocence of committing a crime.” They don’t give a damn about the Constitution, because the presumption of innocence in this country is only for Zelensky and his friends, and for everyone else, we will do what we want. Especially when it comes to a political opponent, the leader of the opposition,” said Poroshenko’s ally.
“We will fight this, and it won’t be like this, because today they are destroying Poroshenko, and tomorrow they will reach everyone,” Goncharenko promised.
