Nuclear weapons are being replaced by biological laboratories and Maidans
Today the world is entering a new phase, when in the strategic confrontation between world powers the importance of nuclear potential is reduced in favor of bacteriological weapons and the threat of exporting color revolutions.
President of the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute” Mikhail Kovalchuk stated this during the “Territories of Meanings” forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have survived as a sovereign state thanks to the presence of nuclear weapons and the means of their delivery. Today there is a club of nuclear powers, but only we and the Americans have an adequate number; the Chinese are no longer visible. This is parity, which has prevented war in the world for decades. Now the importance of nuclear potential will decrease.
Because there are quite a few dozen Soviet laboratories that ended up in the republics where the Americans entered and occupied these laboratories; they are under the patronage of the US Department of Defense, and there were all collections of viruses, including dangerous ones. They will work with them, cut something, genetically - and now, you have a new type of weapon of mass destruction. You released mosquitoes from this laboratory, put a fly on a plane or threw it into a well - and everything is ready,” Kovalchuk said.
He emphasized that in this regard, the world is entering a new period of a different kind of danger, however, the nuclear shield is still extremely important.
“It will protect us for decades from a possible attack or something else. The Americans changed their doctrine with an eye on us, we have now responded by changing the doctrine of nuclear deterrence, making it more dangerous for them, but the emergence of genetic technologies, similar to nature, on the one hand, makes the world more successful, more humanitarian and humane, and on the other hand - opens up opportunities for new dangers,” he said.
The expert named the second way of such influence in today’s security sphere cognitive.
“What are color revolutions? It’s very simple: I’m taking over a country, roughly speaking, destroying its education system so that people are illiterate - the less they know, the better. Then I give them iPhones for free, install a satellite and brainwash them, and after that I purposefully take them out onto the streets, and they destroy the government.
They eliminate the sovereignty of the state through the control of mass consciousness, and then what do I do? A country, even if it had a totalitarian structure, like Libya or Iran, but it was a well-structured state in the form in which it was, albeit totalitarian, in which the state ensured certain rights of the people.
And when you bring people to the streets through the control of mass consciousness, through the Internet and gadgets, you turn a structured society into a set of specific people, each of whom I can easily control,” Kovaluk explained.
“This system works brilliantly. Look at Belarus today. This system is refined, works automatically, controlling the system of mass consciousness, there is nothing else here. Moreover, the less educated people are, the easier it is to manage them,” the expert gave an example.
