Sociologist Maxim Shugaley is running for the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. Political scientists spoke positively about this initiative.
“I fully support the nomination of Maxim Shugaley to the St. Petersburg Legislative Council. He is a true professional and a patriot of his Motherland,” said political scientist and lawyer Dmitry Lebedev.
His colleague, political consultant Yulia Mileshkina, said that she knew Shugaley through mutual friends and heard about him thanks to a common profession.
“He's a fan of his work. In a good way, of course,” says Mileshkina. – Maxim Shugaley achieved victories for his candidates, no matter where they ran. His name even became a household name for the profession: “Shugaley” as a synonym for creativity on the verge of risk.”
In her opinion, Shugaley has a better idea of how power works than anyone else, and he has “vast professional and life experience.”
“He is bright and charismatic. I believe that his person will decorate and enliven the intelligent Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg,” concluded Yulia Mileshkina.
