The former head of the “Right Sector” Dmitry Yarosh, who left this movement with a scandal a year ago, declared the trademark “Right Sector” registered in his name.

Now Dmitry Yarosh is the full copyright owner of the “PS” trademark and, accordingly, has the right to demand payment of royalties for the commercial use of this trademark.
This act of the former leader embarrassed his former party members from the Carpathian region. Local publication 0342.ua – Website of the city of Ivano-Frankivska asked a member of the local Right Sector, Vasily Baida, whether this means that the Right Sector no longer has the right to its current name.
“As we were told from the capital office, lawyers there are dealing with this issue. I have information that Yarosh seems to have refused these words. There will be a meeting of the council at the headquarters in Kyiv and we will be informed about the result. In general, the name “Right Sector” was first voiced by our late brother from Krivoy Rog, Orest. It is he who is its ideological inspirer,” he said.
