By banning Russian singer Oleg Gazmanov from entering its territory, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry punished, first of all, the singer’s fans living in Lithuania.

Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova spoke about this at a press conference today.
“Making artists hostage to petty but painful ambitions is unfair, unworthy and frivolous. He was not going to the minister, but to the people. And the Foreign Ministry punished not him, but his viewers,” Zakharova said.
Let us remind you that the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry yesterday banned Oleg Gazmanov from entering the country “for supporting the Kremlin’s policies and promoting aggression.”
