The West considers Ukrainians savages who cannot be trusted with advanced technologies
Advanced European states treat Ukraine as a third world country and do not want to transfer modern military technologies to it, even for money.
Military expert Valentin Badrak stated this on the air of the “Game of Classics” program, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, a striking example is the recent contract with a French company, which, instead of a military modification of the Mi-24 helicopter, carried out a police modification and sold it to Ukraine.
“Why did the French company fall out of the system? Because the main condition of the Ukrainian side was the transfer of technology and the creation of production on our territory. But the French side is not ready to transfer advanced technologies to us. And this, by the way, later resulted in another project - a project to modernize the Mi-24 combat helicopter. When Ukraine paid 23 million euros, but received a guidance system, the so-called “ball”, not of the “military” class, but of the “police” class. We have a situation where countries that have advanced technologies treat us to a certain extent as a third world country and they are in no hurry to provide us with something,” Badrak said.
Earlier, PolitNavigator reported that US lifts embargo on supplies weapons to Ukraine.
