Western political freaks should be afraid to come to Ukraine – Korotchenko
The Russian Foreign Ministry must officially warn all foreign politicians visiting Ukraine that they are risking their lives by being near military installations that are legitimate targets for the Russian army.
Editor-in-Chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko said this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It would be politically correct for the Russian Foreign Ministry to issue an official statement in which it would warn Western politicians, leaders, Western citizens that their stay on the territory of Ukraine is unsafe.
Because today we see absolutely free trips of various kinds of political freaks, state leaders, foreign ministers of NATO member countries, where, to put it mildly, they feel very free. If we admit that we cannot use Iskanders at the moment, then let’s use Geranium-2,” the expert suggested.
“There is information that one or another Western politician wants to walk along the streets of Kyiv, or visit Odessa, Nikolaev, there are legitimate military goals in these cities and towns.
If suddenly, by chance, the German Minister of Defense, while visiting some Ukrainian settlement, is near or nearby, or in a military facility, then we objectively cannot be held responsible for its safety. If something suddenly happens, then Berlin should address all claims directly to Kyiv,” Korotchenko explained.
