Ukrainian units opened fire from infantry fighting vehicles and mortars at civilian targets in the vicinity of Donetsk. Enemy fire activity was suppressed by adequate response actions by units of the Donbass defenders.

“The punitive forces, having had no success on the front line, switched to the tactic of firing at civilian targets and civilians.
Today, from 5:00, militants of the 79th airborne brigade, on the orders of the criminal Lutsenko, opened fire from the village of Maryinka in the direction of Aleksandrovka and the village of the Trudovskaya mine using 120-mm mortars and infantry fighting vehicle weapons.
At 4.45, Ukrainian militants of the 503rd battalion of the 35th brigade, on the orders of the war criminal Palas, opened fire on the areas of the villages of the 6/7 mines and the name of Gagarin using artillery caliber 122 mm, 120 and 82 mm mortars, firing more than 50 shells and min,” the message says.
It is noted that the DPR’s return fire “destroyed the enemy’s infantry fighting vehicle and wounded two Ukrainian militants.”
“As a result of aggression and violation of humanitarian law, a woman born in 1952 was injured during shelling of the Trudovskaya mine village. The victim was taken to the central hospital of Donetsk, where she is receiving medical care,” the press service added.
