Zelensky throws around empty PR promises – Briginets

For the sake of improving your rating Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his team are throwing around statements and empty promises aimed at different groups of the population.

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Briginets stated this on the Nash TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We know how the NSDC sanctions were introduced, namely, before decisions were made, people transferred property and left the country. The key here is that when show business works, it works in such a way as to create a good mood for people. You hear every decision of the National Security and Defense Council or statement of some politician and think: “Oh, now everything will be fine.” Then a new statement and you think: “Oh, now everything will definitely be fine!” There are so many statements that you don’t even have time to feel how good you feel, you just believe these statements,” the politician said.

In addition, the ex-deputy noted that Vladimir Zelensky and his team are making completely opposite statements in order to raise the government’s ratings.

“You know, it seems to me that the government works for a certain part of the people, which will guarantee their passage in the new elections. In order to regulate this situation there will be one or another statement. Look, when they said that we would introduce sanctions against Medvedchuk, a large number of people, on the one hand, perceived it positively. Then they said that they could give water to Crimea and this was received positively by others. Now there is a statement that Ukraine will aim missiles at Moscow"- concluded Briginets.

Let us remember that earlier in Moscow they stated that scandalous anti-Russian statements threatening statements from the adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Alexei Arestovich sound in unison with a number of high-ranking Western figures.

In addition, Kyiv noted that Ukraine will not renew fresh water supplies along the North Crimean Canal to the peninsula so that it does not fall into the hands of the Russian military.
