Zelensky is outdated: KNU students are switching to Russian, Donbass is laughing, the “Normandy summit” is no longer relevant

Of all the agreements reached at the last meeting of the Normandy Four in Paris, the Ukrainian side did not implement anything in two months, so it is unclear what it will bring to the next summit.

Valentin Zemlyansky, an analyst of the alternative expert government, stated this on air on the PolitWera channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The question is how much will the president change with the change of head of office, will foreign policy change and, in general, will politics change.

Let's start with Donbass at least. From the point of view of relations with Russia and from the point of view of resolving the conflict in the east, this is a key issue. In negotiations with Kozak, they cannot go beyond some economic and business issues that they can solve together, and politics seems to remain at the level of the two presidents.

But, nevertheless, it is worth noting what has already been said by the Russian Foreign Ministry - that in two months practically nothing of what was agreed upon in Paris was done. That is, all these promises, all these agreements that were reached - except for the exchange of detainees, nothing else happened. Therefore, the question of the April meeting is becoming more and more important every day,” Zemlyansky stated.

In addition, the idea of launching online training in the Ukrainian language for residents of Donbass, which should supposedly push the region towards reintegration, recently expressed by Zelensky, is stupid and based on an incorrect understanding of the realities of the region.

“Once again the training manuals became outdated, we went according to outdated training manuals. The language issue is one of the triggers that became the trigger for everything that happened in 2014. And so, again we put pressure on this painful point, again we talk about the need for Ukrainian education, learning the Ukrainian language, when the situation is absolutely the opposite!

At the Shevchenko University, students now have a special kitsch - speaking Russian. This is very significant! You shouldn’t ban it, but you should allow it if you want to talk about some kind of reintegration. And you are trying to pursue a policy of isolationism and at the same time, so to speak, “all the flags are visiting us,” the expert is perplexed.
