Greedy Chubarov demands even more money from Ukraine to promote the Majlis
Ukraine does not allocate enough money for Majlis propaganda.
This statement was made by the head of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis, banned in the Russian Federation, Refat Chubarov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Firstly, I want to thank you, members of the budget committee, for supporting my proposals and issues of providing financial support to the Crimean Tatar channel “ATR”, strengthening the material and technical base of educational institutions, and so on. But my mistake, it seems, was that we very carefully calculated and gave the real needs, took it and reduced it by exactly two, and indicated that amount, smeared it, you know,” he fawned.
“Sergey Ivanovich, what is the opportunity before the vote, perhaps protocolically, to increase this article, code 2501120? There are 45 million, how can we increase it to at least bring it closer to 75-80 million?” he asked, in response to which Deputy Melnik replied that he would try to clarify this question.
