Poroshenko's wife boasted that her daughters will study in London
The daughters of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Alexandra and Evgenia, will study in London, but after receiving their education they intend to return to Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The wife of Petro Poroshenko, Marina Poroshenko, announced this in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
“My daughters entered the University of the Arts in London and University College London, majoring in Animation and Economics. In this decision, we supported them in order to give girls the opportunity to independently acquire a profession on general terms - without the privileges that they are the children of the President of Ukraine,” Marina Poroshenko said in a comment to the agency’s request regarding the education of the daughters of the head of Ukraine.
According to Poroshenko’s wives, Alexander and Yevgeny Poroshenko successfully passed all exams and received high results.
“As parents, we are proud of them. I want to emphasize that after receiving their education, they are going to return to Ukraine and work for the benefit of the Ukrainian people,” her press service quotes Poroshenko as saying.
