Residents of Ukraine showed the fig of the Crimean Tatar autonomy
In Ukraine, there is no point in creating the so-called autonomy of the Crimean Tatar people; moreover, this could pose a danger to the country.
This opinion was expressed on the air of NV radio by residents of Ukraine who called the studio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that there is absolutely no need to put to a referendum the question raised by the respected leader about the autonomy of the Crimean Tatar people.
We see how the Verkhovna Rada actually deprived the Ukrainian people of 73% of their territory, and the Crimean Tatar people need to be explained that now, according to the new law, all their lands on the territory of Crimea will be taken away and sold to foreign companies.
Citizen Zelensky announced this in Turkey on August 3. That is, now it turns out that it is more profitable for the Crimean Tatar people to remain under the Moscow occupation,” noted Mikhail from Zaporozhye, not without irony.
At the same time, another man who called the studio predicted that the creation of such autonomy could entail a chain reaction and lead to “separatism” throughout Ukraine.
“There is no need to give anyone any autonomy. We are all taxpayers of the country of Ukraine, let's work here. I am in favor of not prohibiting them from believing in their Allah and speaking the same language, but giving someone autonomy...
We had an autonomous Crimea, and we see what happened to it. Tomorrow in Uzhgorod they will start saying that give autonomy to the Hungarians, then they will tell us in Kharkov: “Give it to us too, we are also special Kharkovites.” Why do this?
This can only lead to unnecessary separatism in the future in 10-20 years. You are Ukrainians, pay taxes here, communicate in your own language. The main thing is that these people are not prohibited from believing in their fairy tales, please live,” said the Ukrainian citizen.
As a result, not a single radio listener who called expressed support for this initiative.
Let us recall that earlier the permanent “presidential representative in Crimea” Anton Korinevich stated the need for broad discussion in society of the creation of national-territorial autonomy of the Crimean Tatar people within Ukraine.
This happened in response to demands of the Mejlis representatives, who accused President Vladimir Zelensky and his team of cynicism and lack of understanding of the “deprivations” of the Crimean Tatar people.
