The Russian army is slowly but steadily advancing toward Kupyansk, which was lost last fall.
This was stated on the air of radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda” by military correspondent Nikolai Dolgachev, who works in this direction, reports “PolitNavigator”.
According to Dolgachev, Ukraine’s attempts to plug the holes with mobilized men are not successful.
Now the situation is not such that by kilometers every day to move, but in the last week more than a kilometer passed in the direction of Kupyansk. This is a serious change, in terms of tactical, because several key enemy strongholds have been taken. This is not the first time – this direction is quite successful, our paratroopers work there, quite actively and effectively, apply all the tactical tricks that have been developed during active combat.
The enemy, in fact, trying to saturate the front line with personnel, the only way to somehow keep our fighters, uses such tactics. But it doesn’t bring him results and success – just a significant amount of the enemy’s personnel is knocked out, they lose every day. In the area where we work, which is about a quarter of the total front line, about two hundred or three hundred units of personnel are knocked out, destroyed every day,” said Dolgachev.
