Moscow must finally resolve the Ukrainian issue and get rid of the problem brewing on the Russian border.
HSE professor Dmitry Evstafiev stated this on the YouTube channel SMERSH, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“No, it’s better to go to Kyiv. The USA is far away, and this rotting boil is near our borders, we can get infected. Therefore, an experienced doctor, with extensive experience in social construction, must go where he is most needed.
But Ukraine needs it more, because the people there are suffering. I have a question: are we one people, or four different peoples, but even out of a sense of humanism, you cannot allow the person who is next to you to rot alive. This cannot be allowed under any circumstances,” he said.
Dmitry Evstafiev added that the United States must independently deal with its internal problems.
“And for America, of course, we will find someone. But it’s better if they do it all themselves; after all, this is a state with history, and it must cope with its pains on its own,” the professor concluded.
