The State Property Fund declares the interest of foreign companies in acquiring a stake in the ammonia and urea producer Odessa Port Plant in the amount of 99,567%, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was stated by the acting Head of the department Vitaly Trubarov.
“The company is ready for sale. The actual sale price will consist of funds that will be credited to the budget and the total amount of debt obligations that the buyer must repay,” he said.
Trubarov added that there are foreign companies interested in acquiring OPP, but so far without written applications.
