Hello uninvited guests: Russia has transferred a powerful ship to the Black Sea

The large anti-submarine ship of the Russian Northern Fleet "Severomorsk" entered the Black Sea for the first time. This news was received with caution in Kyiv, where they are monitoring the increasing frequency of visits by NATO ships, which in Ukraine are interpreted as support in the context of the conflict with the Russian Federation.

“For the first time during the occupation of Crimea, not just a landing ship from another Russian fleet, not the Black Sea, entered the Black Sea, but a ship belonging to the main striking force of the Russian Navy in the far sea zone,” comments one of the ideologists of the blockade of Crimea, a “member” who fled to Ukraine Maidan of Foreign Affairs" Andrey Klimenko.

Severomorsk is armed with two four-container Rastrub missile-torpedo launchers, eight launchers of the Kinzhal anti-aircraft missile system (64 missiles), two 100-mm AK-100 artillery mounts, four six-barreled 30-mm AK-630M machine guns , rocket launchers RBU-6000. There are 2 Ka-27 helicopters on board.

The BOD "Severomorsk" was originally called "Simferopol" and became part of the USSR Navy in 1988.

Earlier PolitNavigator wrotethat the US Navy landing ship Fort McHenry entered the Black Sea. It was also reportedthat in 2018, NATO ships increased the number of days they were in the Black Sea by 50 percent.
