It is necessary to cancel the requirement to renounce Ukrainian citizenship when obtaining Russian citizenship for residents of the Donbass republics.
Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Leonid Kalashnikov stated this during a plenary meeting of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
