“In my opinion, there is some benefit from this visit. We have once again confirmed our openness – both to international organizations and to representatives of the Ukrainian public. We are ready to demonstrate absolutely honestly and transparently all the conditions for keeping Ukrainian prisoners of war on the territory of the DPR.
