It became known how Tsemakh was pulled out of Ukrainian dungeons

Head of the air defense of the First Slavic Brigade of the DPR Vladimir Tsemakh, released yesterday in Kyiv from custody, they plan to exchange it for the Ukrainian terrorist Oleg Sentsov, convicted in the Russian Federation.

Kommersant writes about this, citing an informed source in Kyiv.

The publication's interlocutor says that in the middle of summer, when work was underway on compiling and agreeing on lists of exchange of detained persons between Moscow and Kiev, the Ukrainian side crossed him off from their list.

At the same time, the kidnapped person was number 34 on the list, and after he was crossed off, they started talking about the “33 for 33” exchange formula. After this, says the publication’s source, Moscow did the opposite, removing Oleg Sentsov, who was convicted in the Russian Federation for terrorism, from its list.

“Later, the parties returned to discussing the issue of including a director and an anti-aircraft gunner on the lists. Judging by the decision of the Kyiv court, an agreement was reached. Moreover, the number of people to be exchanged on both sides may increase,” the publication notes.

Let us remind you that in June 2019 Tsemakh was kidnapped by Ukrainian secret services in the city of Snezhnoye on the territory of the DPR and taken to Kyiv.

Yesterday, the panel of the Kyiv Court of Appeal released him from custody, changing the preventive measure from uncontested arrest to personal commitment.

At the same time, the former press secretary of the SBU said that Tsemakh's testimony does not support the Ukrainian version according to Boeing.
