Millions of Ukrainians are ready to queue for Russian and Polish passports
Many Ukrainian citizens will find Russian and Polish roots to leave the country if Moscow and Warsaw start handing out passports, as Hungary is doing now.
Director of the Agency for Social Communications Sergei Belashko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There will be a distribution of passports. Look, serious players – Poland and Russia – have not yet joined in the distribution of passports. And if Poland and Russia start distributing passports, then we will no longer be talking about tens of thousands of people who received Hungarian passports in Transcarpathia, but about millions of people,” the political scientist said.
In his opinion, millions of people will immediately find Polish and Russian roots, remembering their grandparents from the Urals and Saratov.
“And everyone will line up together for passports if these passports really open the way for employment, education for children, moving to a permanent place of residence, and so on,” predicts Belashko.
