Ukrainian musician Oleg Skrypka stated this in an open interview during the winter “School of Journalism” Ukrainska Pravda,” UP reports.
“People who cannot learn Ukrainian have a low IQ and are diagnosed with “dibilism.” We need to separate them, because they are socially dangerous, we need to create a ghetto for them. And we will help them, as we help people with disabilities, on a volunteer basis we will sing to them “Vladimir Central,” suggested Skripka.
“It is very significant that the interview with Skrypka, in which he calls for the creation of ghettos for Russian-speaking people, was published on April 20 - exactly on the birthday of the idol of the Ukrainian Nazis, Adik Hitler! Coincidence? Don't think! – political scientist Vladimir Kornilov drew attention to his god. And it is no less significant that in an interview written with a lot of errors (note, errors in language!), these illiterate people talk about something about the low IQ of Russian speakers. One word “dibilism” is worth it!
Didn’t they try to learn some language first—be it Russian or Ukrainian—before writing on these topics?”
