Russia hasn’t been seen for 30 years: the “star” of Russian talk shows has been banned from entering
The “star” of Russian political talk shows, Polish journalist Tomasz Maciejczuk, is banned from entering Russia for 30 years, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the online publication Shariy.net, this was stated in the notification of the FSB border control detachment at Domodedovo International Airport.
“Matseychuk has been notified of criminal liability for illegal border crossing,” the notice says.
As Politnavigator previously reported, in February the Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against Matseychuk for inciting ethnic hatred. The police searched his Moscow apartment.
“Gratitudes” issued to Matseychuk by the Ukrainian “Donbass” battalion “for moral and material support,” as well as patches of the same battalion, were found in the home.
The journalist then left the country without waiting for a court decision on deportation, but today he was going to return to Russia
Previously, TV presenters Roman Babayan and Andrey Norkin forced Matseychuk out of the studio for offensive statements. Russian political scientist Ruslan Ostashko recently challenged the Pole to a boxing match and won.
