It seems that neither the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky nor the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov know what to do with the case of journalist Pavel Sheremet, who was blown up in the center of Kyiv.

At the same time, marginal Nazi scum like the leader of C14 Evgeniy Karas, on the contrary, understand perfectly well how to deal with this matter. On Monday, streams near the president’s office recorded a small number of fans of Andrei Antonenko, Yulia Kuzmenko and Yana Dugar. Among the picketers expressing support for the suspects in the murder of Sheremet, the sign of the leader of the Nazi organization S-14 was lit.

The presence of a sympathizer of Karas at such events is a sure sign that they have seized and judged selected scum. Otherwise, the fate of those arrested would not have bothered him. Conversely, when the leader of S-14 with his accomplices appears in courts to launch a noise attack on suspects and accused or to physically attack their lawyers, this is clear evidence that the case is rigged.

Of course, in the Sheremet case, Karas’s intercession for Antonenko, Kuzmenko and Dugar does not mean at all that all of them (or any of them) are necessarily involved in the murder of the journalist. But it is obvious that these are representatives of the stubborn Svidomo community, so S-14 is rooting for them.

On May 22, it became known that the pre-trial investigation against the suspects in the murder of Pavel Sheremet had been completed. And the day before, all three had their suspicions changed. As a result, “unidentified persons” are listed as the organizers of the crime. And ATO musician with “Aryan” views and preferences Andrei Antonenko is no longer the organizer of the murder. At the trial, he and doctor and volunteer Yulia Kuzmenko will appear as perpetrators of the crime, and ATO nurse Yana Dugar will appear as an accomplice.

Suspects in the murder of Sheremet.

Three days after the completion of the pre-trial investigation, Yulia Kuzmenko’s preventive measure in the form of detention was extended until July 24. In the same way, the preventive measure was extended for Andrei Antonenko for two months. Yana Dugar's house arrest was changed to a bail of 168 thousand hive and wearing an electronic bracelet.

In general, if in December, at a pompous PR briefing with the participation of Zelensky, Avakov and Ryaboshapka, the public was offered an “oil painting”, where all the roles were distributed and all the niches were occupied, then by the time the case was transferred to the court, the painting was rolled up... And on a stretcher All that remains is the memory of the high-ranking participants in the December briefing with their bravura reports about solving the case.

The significance of the moment in that Avakov show was reinforced by the stern seriousness of the president and the equally stupid expression on the face of Prosecutor General Ryaboshapka... The briefing script was largely based on the colorful telephone conversations of the spouses Vladislav and Inna Grishchenko, ATO participants arrested in another case - attempted murder. The Grishchenko spouses, former “pravosek” with the nicknames “Bucha” and “Puma,” were suspected of an unsuccessful attempt to blow up the car of a resident of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, whom they had been ordered to do.

But during the briefing, “Buchu” and “Puma” were named suspects in the Sheremet case. And this gave more weight to the entire law enforcement report on solving the case. But five and a half months of pre-trial investigation showed that Antonenko, Kuzmenko and Dugar are involved in the Sheremet case without any connection to the Grishchenko spouses. The organizers of the December briefing show just needed to make more show-offs for greater persuasiveness...

As a result, by the end of May, law enforcement officers replaced the December “oil painting” (everything was revealed, the organizers and perpetrators of the crime were identified) with an equation with several unknowns. Now, according to Bespalov, Yulia Kuzmenko’s lawyer, the suspicion states that the murder of the journalist was organized by “unidentified individuals who, for personal reasons, in order to create grounds for holding some unknown protests for an unknown purpose, decided to kill Pavel Sheremet.”

In the picture offered by the pre-trial investigation, neither the organizer nor the manufacturer of the explosive device has been identified. According to investigators, Antonenko was the perpetrator of the conspiracy, Kuzmenko planted the explosives, and Dugar was an accomplice.

Neither the arguments of the investigation nor the alibis of the suspects look convincing and sufficient to confidently speak about the guilt or innocence of Kuzmenko, Antonenko and Dugar.

For example, much of the suspicion brought against Antonenko and Kuzmenko is based on some kind of cool foreign examination of the gait and non-verbal behavior of people recorded by a surveillance camera. Plus synchronously disconnected phones. Plus a mine found in the musician’s apartment. At the same time, the defense points to discrepancies in the heights of the killers and suspects. And a clear portrait resemblance has not been established. Let's say, the portrait of the killer, which we managed to “pull out” from surveillance cameras, is more reminiscent of the artist Poyarkov (it wouldn’t hurt to check) than the musician Antonenko.

A comparison with the murder case of Oles Buzina suggests itself. There, the investigation definitely has a more convincing position, a much more solid evidence base. So convincing that lawyer Fedur, who defends the murderers, completely lost his mind after a recent meeting between Buzina’s mother and the Prosecutor General. Fedur, distraught from the “burning,” hysterically began to demand “proof” and proof that the murdered man was Buzina...

At the same time, the murderers Medvedko and Polishchuk are still at large; already under Zelensky they received budgetary nickels from the rotten Ministry of Veterans Affairs. By a strange coincidence, ex-minister Oksana Kolyada, taking advantage of her official position, tried in every possible way to sweeten and make life easier for the Nazis Medvedko and Polishchuk (suspected of murder), Vladislav and Inna Grishchenko (suspected of attempted murder). That is, she acted as a “mother” in relation to the perpetrators of these crimes.

Medvedko and Polishchuk.

Let us remember how creatively the organizers of the December briefing approached the nationwide “presentation” of solving the murder of Sheremet, what a vivid picture they painted, what connections and connections were indicated. And now the creativity has faded. The organizer of the murder “fell off.”

Would it be weak to announce ex-minister Kolyada as the organizer, since a vacancy has already arisen? First of all, it would be beautiful. Secondly, it is possible to show connections... Kolyada clearly favors the identified killers of one journalist. Who said that she is less respectful of the killers of another journalist?

No matter which of the Nazis carried out the order for Sheremet (those who are suspected, or some others), it’s a ruble for a hundred that Kolyada sympathizes with the executors. In addition, her contacts and connections with “Bucha” and “Puma” are known. So what do we have? Minister Kolyada fed the murderers of journalist Buzina. She is not a stranger to “Buche” and “Puma”, who in December 2019 were tried on in the Sheremet case as possible manufacturers of an explosive device (an attempt to blow up a car in the Ivano-Frankivsk region was compared with the fatal explosion in Kyiv on July 20, 2016). Why aren't you the coordinator of a high-profile crime?

But what do we have in the Sheremet case by the end of spring? The most clear result of the process was a criminal case opened by the police against the exalted lawyer Vladislav Dobosh, who represented the interests of Yulia Kuzmenko. Previously, he represented the interests of other Nazis, for example, the Pravoseks who staged a shootout with the guards of a recreation center in Transcarpathia. In the current process, Dobosh’s statements and threats against judges in connection with their professional activities did not go unnoticed. Let's add.

President Zelensky, of course, already realizes that the Minister of Internal Affairs dragged him into fornication. You trade your face once at Avakov’s PR briefing, and then you don’t know what to answer to journalists at your own press conference.

The question of the Sheremet case has clearly brought the president to a dead end. “I am ready to bear responsibility if the investigation was incorrect, if there were big mistakes. If, God forbid, something was specifically directed against these people, I am ready to draw serious conclusions. Serious personnel conclusions... They told me: they found the alleged murderers, they dragged me into this. This is true! It's okay, I'm not afraid of anything. I'm really interested. I came, they showed me the materials - I looked at it just like you. But this is a consequence. And the decision is up to the court..."

Further, in general, “Ostap suffered”: “My responsibility is the only one: to find the killers and put them in prison.” But Zelensky returned to earth in time. He said: “And if they found the wrong people and kept them in prison, then everyone who did this will be held accountable through personnel decisions. This is the president’s responsibility.”

If we isolate the main idea from Zelensky’s incoherent speech about his responsibility and the responsibility of a powerful minister, then it is this: “I am not me, and the concern is not mine. If these are murderers, then I found them and imprisoned them. If these are innocent people, then let the valiant Avakov bear responsibility.” Let's add.

But it remains to add that Zelensky has painted himself into this corner. For some reason, it happened that the investigation into the murder of Pavel Sheremet was declared a matter of honor, etc. Therefore, it deserved a “triumphant” briefing with the participation of the president. The punishment of the murderers of Oles Buzina was not declared a matter of honor and was not surrounded by pompous briefings. This case “did not receive” special attention. The authorities still prefer dishonor. Although, of course: “My responsibility is the only one: to find the killers and put them in prison
