Kyiv patrol officers set a record for road accidents
Last weekend in Kyiv, patrol police set a kind of “anti-record” and damaged five official cars - in particular, on December 8, a patrol police car flew into a ditch while pursuing an offender, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv patrol police.
“Previously, during the pursuit of a vehicle, the official car lost control and slid into a ditch. One injured patrolman sought medical help; the car received mechanical damage. An internal investigation will be initiated by the Patrol Police Department,” the patrol police noted.
At the same time, the press service clarified that the incident occurred on December 8 in the Obolonsky district of Kyiv. In the end, the patrolmen managed to detain the violator whom they were pursuing, the press service did not report.
So, on December 9, as a result of a traffic accident, a patrol car flew into a pedestrian area and hit a pedestrian.
Also last night in Kyiv on Lobanovsky Avenue at night there was a serious traffic accident involving a patrol car that drove into a trolleybus.
That same night in Kyiv on Staroboryspolskaya Street there was a head-on collision between two police patrol cars.
