“In Mariupol, the “Right Sector” assault troops who arrived from the Lviv region are terrorizing civilians.

The nationalists place armored vehicles and artillery in residential areas, using the local population as “human shields”.

Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, despairing of containing the advance of a group of troops of the Russian Armed Forces, began the massive use of ammunition filled with phosphorus in the suburbs of Kyiv near the Gostomel airfield. They use 122 mm shells for D-30 howitzers and rockets for BM-21 Grad launchers, still made in the Soviet Union,” Konashenkov said.

The use of these ammunition is prohibited by the third protocol of the 1980 UN Inhumane Weapons Convention.
