“Right Sector” is preparing for attacks on Russian diplomatic missions
State Duma deputy, chairman of the Russkiy Mir Foundation Vyacheslav Nikonov, speaking at the forum “In Unity with Russia,” announced that “participation in the elections of the Russian Federation by Russian citizens living in Ukraine can be regarded there as an act of disloyalty,” so Russians should vote “It won’t work out there,” reports Kommersant, noting that “these words can hardly be called a private opinion.”

“And we, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Central Election Commission and our other departments, are not confident that it will be possible to conduct a full-fledged voting process there, as was the case during previous election campaigns,” the publication cites the opinion of the deputy chairman about the possibility of holding elections on the territory of Ukraine Election Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Ambassador-at-Large Andrei Nesterenko.
An interlocutor of the newspaper close to the Russian Foreign Ministry also emphasized that now there is no way to organize voting for Russians on the territory of the Russian diplomatic mission in Ukraine, and therefore only its diplomats and employees will be able to vote at the Russian Embassy in Ukraine.
According to CEC member Vasily Likhachev, before his resignation from the post of Ambassador to Ukraine, Mikhail Zurabov informed President Poroshenko about the opening of four polling stations on the territory of Russian diplomatic missions in Ukraine: in Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa and Lvov.
“Poroshenko said that measures would be taken to ensure security, but the information that is coming out says that the Right Sector is preparing for provocations,” Likhachev said.
