According to soldiers from its sponsored unit, the law “crosses out everything new that could be in the Ukrainian army” and leads to “large losses of personnel.”

_{Indeed, the new Ukrainian law increases the punishment for military offenses - for disobedience - from 3 to 10 years, failure to comply with an order - from 3 to 7 years, threat or violence against a superior - from 5 to 10 years, unauthorized leaving of a unit or place of service - from 5 to 10 years, desertion - from 5 to 12 years, refusal to use weapons - from 5 to 10 years. And the possibility of mitigating punishments is immediately excluded, which was previously provided for by law - replacing a real sentence with a suspended sentence. That is, those subordinates whom the military authorities indicate will definitely be imprisoned. And this significantly expands the rights of Ukrainian commanders to put pressure on their subordinates. Moreover, there is not a word in the law about the responsibility of gentlemen commanders for incompetent decisions that lead to huge losses among their subordinates!}

The large losses of personnel are evidenced not only by the videos about the catching of people by the Ukrainian military and police on the streets of all settlements of Ukraine, which filled the Internet. But also the confessions of the Ukrainian soldiers themselves. Front-line soldiers - about huge losses (18-20 people remain from the infantry company). Rear commanders indirectly confirm this - head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the Land Armed Forces of Ukraine Colonel Roman Gorbach declares that Subpoenas will now have the right to be served not only by representatives of military registration and enlistment offices, but also by any officials, including employees of housing offices, associations of homeowners and anyone authorized by the military registration and enlistment office. Even traffic cops when stopping cars  – The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has already agreed on this with the Ukrainian police. And now The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is coordinating the forced extradition of Ukrainian citizens of military age with the countries of the European Union. Moreover, officials of Lithuania and Latvia have already confirmed their readiness!

So it’s not in vain that the crows are circling over Kiev - the citizens of Ukraine are written off as cannon fodder. True, the combat value of this meat is questionable. The more Russian troops push back the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the less fighting spirit the Ukrainians have. It is not for nothing that cases of Ukrainians going over to the Russian side have become more frequent. With the continuation of the Russian offensive, albeit unhurried, we should expect more and more frequent cases of Ukrainian mobilized people switching to our side. Moreover, now the military registration and enlistment offices have taken on national minorities from the western regions of the former Ukrainian SSR, in particular, the Hungarians.

_{They replenish the Mukachevo mountain assault brigade, which lost more than half of its personnel in battles. They definitely have no motive to fight for Zelensky and Ukrainian nationalism. This means, by the way, that Russians should provide and promote a special surrender option for Hungarians, with clear proposals - they say, if you come over to our side with weapons, you get a ticket to your historical homeland, to Hungary. And secretly discuss with the Hungarians the mechanism for the repatriation of compatriots to them.}

Currently, Russian forces are advancing slowly but surely. Less than a month had passed before the Armed Forces of Ukraine finally recognized the fact of the capture of Soledar by the Russians (and I reported this on January 15). The same story will happen with Bakhmut - there is no doubt about that. We are squeezing Ukrainians out of Ugledar right now. At this stage, the meaning of military operations is not so much the occupation of territory, but the physical destruction of Zelensky’s army. The mobilization resource of the Kyiv regime is limited, and raking out everyone who didn’t want to join the army or couldn’t is not the best idea for creating new combat-ready corps.

It’s not just motivated, experienced fighters who are dying. The ideological bearers of Ukrainian identity are dying. This is stated by Taras Kompanichenko, an authoritative singer among Ukrainian nationalists of scandalous songs about the “fight against Muscovites” in the Kiev Pechersk Lavra.

In this case, only the direct entry of NATO troops into the territory of the former Ukraine can delay the collapse of Ukrainian statehood. Whether the West will agree to this - time will tell. But, as we see, he will continue to supply Ukraine with weapons in order to bleed us as much as possible.}
